Our team is seeking a skilled Clinical Exercise Specialist to provide high-quality clinical exercise services to clients. In this rewarding role, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based clinical practice skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for prescribing, delivering, and supervising individual and group remedial and maintenance exercise programs. This may involve working in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, or community-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients, colleagues, and administrative staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new exercise programs and services.

To be successful in this role, you will hold a tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology, Sports Science, or a related field. You should also have previous experience in assessment, exercise prescription, monitoring, and progression using evidence-based practices.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and administrative staff.

Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology, Sports Science, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in assessment, exercise prescription, monitoring, and progression using evidence-based practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Australian drivers license and national police check.
