We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and dedicated Clinical Receptionist to join the team at our brand-new state of the art facility in Canterbury.

Enable Exercise is an exercise based neurological rehabilitation centre located in Canterbury that offer clinic services as well as home visits across greater Sydney. We are a team of dedicated health professionals committed to helping our clients to reach their full potential. We work with clients with a wide range of neurological conditions including but not limited to, Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke, Acquired Brain Injury, Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy and Multiple Sclerosis.
**About the Role**:
As a clinical receptionist you will provide an exceptional level of service to all our clients and play an integral role in the day-to-day functions of the clinic. You'll be working as part of a young, fun and professional team dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients.
Your duties will include:
- Scheduling
- Invoicing
- Greeting clients at the door
- Assisting in report writing; National Disability Insurance Scheme, Doctor's and Workers Compensation Schemes.
- Assist therapists with transferring clients and setting up equipment.
- General cleaning
- Managing Enable Exercise social media accounts.
**Skills and Experience**:
As a clinic receptionist, you will be working with people with complex disabilities both physical and cognitive in nature. Having compassion and understanding of these conditions will assist you with the role. To be successful in the role it is vital that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:

- Experience with practice management software (preferred)
