**Water Services Team Lead**Now is an exciting time to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our Water Services group. We are looking for an experienced Principal Hydrogeologist to lead groundwater projects, provide expert guidance on hydrogeological assessments, water resource management, and environmental impact evaluations.As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will oversee data collection and analysis, provide strategic advice to clients on groundwater sustainability and regulatory compliance, and work collaboratively with colleagues from various technical disciplines.The successful candidate will have a strong background in hydrogeology, engineering, geology, environmental science, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in water/environmental consulting.About You:
  • Degree qualifications in Hydrogeology, Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in water/environmental consulting.
  • Sound capabilities in managing hydrogeological projects.
  • Familiarity with numerical groundwater modelling preferred but not essential.
About the Role:
  • Provide technical leadership through the delivery of groundwater projects and support the growth and success of the Water Services team.
  • Contribute to business development activities and continual improvement.
  • Lead small to large-scale projects from proposal to completion, building strong client relationships and communication.
