Water Services Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Water Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead groundwater projects, providing expert guidance on hydrogeological assessments, water resource management, and environmental impact evaluations.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, oversee data collection and analysis, and offer strategic advice to clients on groundwater sustainability and regulatory compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership through the delivery of groundwater projects
  • Contribute to business development activities and continual improvement
  • Demonstrate and deliver technically accurate groundwater data analysis and reporting
  • Lead small to large-scale projects, from proposal to completion, building strong client relationships and communication
  • Work across a broad range of project types, from water/groundwater management plans, compliance reporting, trigger or water supply/security investigations, ecohydrological assessments, impact assessments, and mine closure studies
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hydrogeology, Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in water/environmental consulting
  • Sound capabilities in managing hydrogeological projects
  • Familiarity with numerical groundwater modelling preferred but not essential
  • Strong leadership with a people focus, thriving in a fast-paced consulting environment
