Debt Capital Markets Analyst

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely market updates, thorough analysis of market conditions and trends, indicative issuer pricing updates, trade recommendations, and other crucial deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare daily/weekly/adhoc market updates and comprehensive analysis of market conditions and trends.
  • Support the production of technical content, including ratings, capital management, balance sheet analysis, and liability advisory services for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders during origination and execution.
  • Provide income, pipeline, and data reporting.
  • Assist in preparing Information Memorandums.
  • Organize roadshows and client meetings, and submit reports.
  • Identify and assess risk considerations: Legal, compliance, market, and reputation risk.
Legal and Regulatory Requirements:
  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge to ensure qualification to undertake the role.
  • Complete mandatory training as required.
  • Refrain from actions that could affect certification of fitness and propriety.
  • Undertake steps to satisfy the annual certification process.
  • Comply with applicable conduct rules as prescribed by the relevant regulator.
