Our team is seeking an expert in debt capital markets to play a key role in preparing and analyzing market data, updates, and trends. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to assist in producing technical content for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Data Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely market data, updates, and analysis of market conditions and trends.
  • Technical Content Production: Assist in producing technical content, including ratings, capital, balance sheet, and liability management advisory for clients.
  • Debt Instrument Execution: Provide support for executing all types of debt instruments across the capital structure and in various markets.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Assist in liaising with internal and external stakeholders during origination/execution, income, pipeline, and data reporting.
  • Information Memorandums: Assist in the preparation of Information Memorandums and organizing roadshows and client meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze complex market data and trends.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of debt capital markets, ratings, capital, balance sheet, and liability management advisory.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
