Key Accountabilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members. This will involve creating effective orientation and induction programs, supporting labour capability through comprehensive training and assessments, coaching individuals to uplift performance and fostering an inclusive environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Innovative Training: Deliver engaging orientation and induction programs to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Capability Building: Support DC labour capability through comprehensive training and assessments, ensuring teams meet performance standards.
  • Coaching: Uplift individual and collective performance against business requirements, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
  • Skill Development: Proactively manage skill gaps and training needs, collaborating with Leadership and the Learning Manager.
  • Training Coordination: Coordinate training schedules and attendance, ensuring efficient use of resources.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who can bring energy and a positive attitude to inspire and motivate the team. The successful candidate will have experience working within a high-volume distribution environment and proven ability to coach and mentor individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Your Skills:

  • Experience working within a high-volume, multi-brand distribution or logistics environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor individuals from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive environment.
  • Proven ability to effectively train and develop internal and labour hire staff, ensuring they meet performance standards.
  • Understanding of CoR – Current Legislation.
  • Demonstrated understanding of hazard identification and incident management.
