The Training Logistics Coordinator - Engineering Pipeline Programs plays a critical role in the coordination and delivery of high-quality training across Qantas Group's apprenticeship and early career engineering pathways. This position is responsible for managing induction and compliance training, ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry standards, and overseeing the planning and logistics of all training activities. Additionally, you will provide support and mentorship and guidance to apprentices (years 1-4) on critical personal, work and study issues, acting as the first point of contact and connecting them to internal and external support network.

In this role, you'll support the recruitment, onboarding and engagement of apprentices across Qantas, QantasLink, and Network Turbine Solutions. You'll also contribute to broader workforce initiatives by organising and attending career expos, networking events and supporting future talent development programs. Your efforts will help build a strong, future-ready engineering workforce for the Qantas Group.

You'll have:

- Demonstrated experience coordinating training in a regulated and operational environment desirable
- Experience aligning training programs with compliance, industry, and regulatory standards
- Strong planning, organisational, and multitasking abilities under tight timelines
- High-level written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement experience
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (Workday) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting tools
