Job Summary

We are seeking an organised and proactive Coordinator to support the delivery of engaging and impactful learning experiences across our organisation.

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative, HR, or learning support role.
  • They will also possess strong organisational and time management skills, a high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are also essential.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office and digital learning tools is required.

About the Role

You will play a vital role in coordinating training logistics, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth running of learning initiatives for a geographically dispersed workforce operating on both day and night shifts.

  • Support the administration and coordination of training programs and organisation-wide events for employees.
  • Schedule and communicate training sessions with internal and external facilitators.
  • Maintain learning records and assist with compliance tracking and reporting.
  • Liaise with employees and managers regarding development opportunities.
  • Help produce and distribute learning materials and evaluation forms.
  • Assist in updating and managing content on our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Support the delivery of onboarding and induction process, including mandatory training.
  • Contribute to internal communications that promote learning and growth.
