We are currently seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assets, ensuring their optimal performance and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, with experience in finance, budgeting, and compliance. They will also possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

About this role:

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of assets, ensuring their optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Manage finances, budgets, and compliance for the assigned portfolio.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, as well as communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship: Must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to gain and retain AGSVA Clearance.
  • Real Estate License: Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
  • Tertiary Qualification: Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Property, Business, or equivalent (added advantage).
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in property transactions.
  • Skillset: Strong communication and relationship management skills, detail-oriented with multi-tasking capability, proficiency with financial analysis tools, knowledge of HS&E requirements and general facility management principles.
