Senior Manager of Operational Governance

We are seeking a seasoned senior manager to lead our operational excellence team. This role will oversee the operational governance function, working closely with performance management, quality assurance, and service support to drive risk management excellence.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in risk management, mitigation, and controls, preferably within superannuation funds.

- Oversee incident management, Line 1 risk, and business rules compliance to safeguard operational integrity.
- Lead key forums to address governance and compliance issues.
- Manage the incident management framework for member and employer experience, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
- Drive continuous improvement of the business rules framework and ensure compliance with obligations.
