Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Career Development Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact in the lives of our customers.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with your team to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs and resolving complaints to improve negative customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complaints Resolution: Log, investigate, and resolve customer dissatisfaction or problems to improve negative customer experiences.
