Customer Experience Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional with a deep understanding of customer experience and sales strategies to partner with our customers in driving revenue growth and adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and convey a strong value proposition to the market through strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and develop go-to-market co-sell strategies to drive new business initiatives.
  • Work closely with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities and challenges, and provide recommended solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of CX/Sales experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and adoption.
  • Strong technical sales/BD experience in Cloud Contact Center (CCaaS) with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills to create engaging messaging, training material, and supporting resources.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative environment.
  • Experience leading others with product/services training, best practices, demo and sales guides, learning and training materials.
  • Multilingual is a plus.
