This position is responsible for providing administration assistance to the Disposal Team, ensuring the efficient management of stock and disposal of vehicles to meet client and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Perform physical vehicle checks, including condition reporting and recording of wear and tear details.
- Relocate vehicles within the warehouse and assist with administration tasks.
- Ensure accurate processing of driver purchase/sales enquiries nationwide.
- Coordinate end-of-lease transportation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Complete vehicle checks, condition reporting, and documentation administration.
- Manage stock of returned leased and client-owned assets.
- Prepare vehicles for tender process, including registration updates and presentation.
- Provide SAP support during periods of high volume or team absences.
- Assist the Trade Advantage team with vehicle loading and administration tasks.
- Experience in customer service and administration roles.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient data entry skills with emphasis on accuracy and speed.
