We are seeking a professional to fill the position of Claims Officer in our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of claims, maintaining accurate case notes and file notes across multiple systems, monitoring the progress of claims, building relationships and providing ongoing support to key stakeholders, and monitoring and liaising with Health Care providers as required.
About the RoleThis is a multifaceted position that requires the ability to wear many hats and support a varied stakeholder base. On a day-to-day basis, you will be working closely with the broader team to achieve organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the preparation of claims
- Maintain accurate case notes and file notes across multiple systems
- Monitor the progress of claims
- Build relationships and provide ongoing support to key stakeholders
- Monitor and liaise with Health Care providers as required
This position is ideal for an experienced claims professional looking to further develop their career. You will have strong time management and organisational skills, a customer service approach in all that you do, and enjoy working with a varied and diverse stakeholder group.
