Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end claims process, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Ongoing development of product knowledge and expertise
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience in claims management, preferably in motor and commercial property sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with high level of organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism
