Job Title: Support Services Coordinator

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a team as a Support Services Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support, ensuring a positive first point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

About the Role:

Deliver diary management, word processing, meeting coordination, and document handling with precision and attention to detail. Manage appointment scheduling and client data using electronic systems, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to relevant admin policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support financial and procurement tasks, including invoice processing, resource ordering, and expenditure reporting.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by promoting collaboration, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:

Proven administrative experience, including document preparation, accurate proofing, and records management. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise across diverse teams and clients. Excellent customer service orientation, with a commitment to service delivery and continuous improvement. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems, with the ability to use administrative tools effectively.
