Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Broadcast Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the operational aspects of our broadcast studio, webcasts, forum space, boardrooms, video recordings, and presentations.

">Responsibilities
  • Manage the technical operations of the broadcast studio, ensuring smooth execution of events.
  • Oversee audio mixing, video switching, and routing, maintaining high-quality production standards.
  • Plan and execute technical upgrades for current and future projects, coordinating with vendors as necessary.
  • Install and maintain various audio-visual and lighting equipment as required.
  • Provide full technical support for in-house video conferencing and meeting rooms.
  • Maintain proactive maintenance of all audio-visual and broadcast equipment, including software.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
  • Offer remote support to global offices as needed.
  • Act as liaison between the Events team and manage hotel AV providers for off-site conferences and events.
  • Edit internal videos and perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in live television news broadcasting or similar environments.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Corporate environment experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience working with audio-visual systems, video switching, audio mixing, routing, lighting, camera operation in corporate or studio settings.
  • Familiarity with non-linear editing platforms like Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and prioritization abilities.
