Technical Lead for Audio Visual Systems

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our team of audio visual specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to customers in audio visual fault resolution, project provisioning, and service request fulfillment.
  • Commission the audio, video, network, and control functions of installed systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Configure and program equipment to achieve the desired system functionality, taking into account the specific needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with Systems Engineers and Control Systems Engineers to ensure installed systems meet specified standards and client requirements.
  • Liaise with internal departments to provide technical support and assist in system design, equipment recommendations, and service issues.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Security Clearance or eligibility for obtaining clearance (Aust. citizenship).
  • Extensive experience in the installation and commissioning of audio, video, and control systems.
  • Programming expertise in switching systems, including Crestron, AMX, and Extron.
  • Familiarity with NVX, SVSi, iMag, Wyrestorm, and similar systems.
  • Audit engineering experience, including commissioning, tuning, and programming of different DSPs.
  • Strong knowledge of network design and implementation.
  • CCNA or equivalent networking certifications highly regarded.
  • CTS (Certified Technical Specialist) or CTS-I certification preferred.
