About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and concerts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup and configure audio-visual equipment according to event requirements and technical specifications.
  • Install and operate sound systems, microphones, projectors, video screens, lighting systems, and other AV components as required.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for AV equipment before, during, and after events.
  • Collaborate with clients and event organizers to understand their audio and visual needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Audio Visual Technician, preferably in a live event or hospitality setting.
  • Technical expertise in setting up and operating AV equipment such as sound systems, microphones, projectors, screens, and lighting systems.
  • Familiarity with audio-visual technology, including digital signal processing, audio mixing, and video streaming.
  • Troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues under pressure.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Customer service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in AV setup, operation, and maintenance.
