  • Support Planning: Develop and implement individualized support plans, promoting client independence and well-being
Requirements
  1. Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support
  2. At least two years' experience in Community, Aged, Disability, or Health care
  3. Current Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check
  4. CPR/First Aid Certificate and Australian Drivers Licence
