Product Design Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Product Design Manager to lead our team in creating exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our Product Design team, you'll be responsible for driving the creative strategy for our new product, delivering features that delight and engage our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design process from concept to delivery, bringing your creative vision to life.
- Manage a small team of designers, guiding them to produce exceptional work across various Luxury Escapes products.
- Design and deliver innovative features, providing constructive feedback to your team.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, driving the strategic vision for multiple products under your leadership.
- Extensive experience in user-centred product design, with a proven track record of leading end-to-end design processes for complex digital products.
- Successful management and mentoring of designers, helping them grow their skills and deliver exceptional results.
- Expertise in Figma, with deep knowledge of prototyping and design systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers.
