About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager/Designer to join our team at Everi Pty. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the development, design, and execution of all aspects of technically challenging and intricate event projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concept Development: Contribute to the creative concept development and preparation of all client proposals.
  • Design Development: Support all aspects of design development of projects, including the creation of design assets, researching creative solutions, briefing and managing relevant suppliers, onsite delivery of all design aspects of projects, and styling.
  • Production Reality: Interpret creative and design direction into a production reality through scoping, planning, drafting, visualizing, briefing, sampling, producing, and executing.
  • Project Improvement: Contribute to improving every project by innovating more sustainable, transportive, and strategic ways to maximize client impact and investment.
  • Technical Planning: Draft floorplans, technical plans, and 3D production drawings to support the design, production, and technical delivery.
  • Health and Safety: Oversee and implement WH&S, risk management, building compliance, and permitting requirements.
  • Project Management: Manage projects with budgets up to circa $3m.
  • Task Management: Manage multiple projects and tasks to deliver them on-time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Supplier Management: Source, brief, and manage all production, technical, and logistics suppliers and leverage those relationships to maximize value and outcomes.
  • Attention to Detail: Unwavering attention to detail and passion to deliver creative projects to the highest standards.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years relevant Production Design and/or Production Management experience.
  • Education: A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Set Design, or related spatial design background will be highly regarded.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in Vectorworks or CAD is imperative. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering is highly regarded.
  • Production Experience: Experience in production, custom build, fabrication, and technical (AV, lighting, and rigging) aspects of experiential, spatial design or related disciplines.
  • Brand Activations: Experience in brand activations and live events is highly beneficial.
  • Project Management: Highly developed and demonstrated project management skills, ability to meet deadlines and to balance competing priorities in a dynamic and high-profile work environment.
  • Collaboration: You will be a strategic thinker, effective collaborator, and passionate about achieving excellence in all elements of your projects.
  • Availability: Evening and/or weekend work will be required when the agency has an event on.
  • Team Player: You will be a collaborative team player, working with colleagues to constantly evolve, refine, and elevate the creative vision of projects.
