Key Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-End Product Design: Develop and implement comprehensive product design strategies that meet the needs of our users and drive business growth.
  2. Platform Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our digital platforms and ensure seamless user experiences.
  3. UX Research: Conduct user research to inform design decisions and drive product innovation.
  4. Prototyping & Wireframing: Create interactive prototypes and wireframes to visualize and test product ideas.
  5. User Testing: Conduct user testing to validate product assumptions and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Product Management: Work closely with product managers to develop and execute product roadmaps.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
  8. Design System Management: Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
  9. Analytics Integration: Integrate analytics tools to measure product performance and inform design decisions.
  10. Feedback: Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to drive product improvement.

About You:

  1. Proven Product Design (UX) and Product Management expertise: Bring a strong track record of delivering successful product design and product management projects, preferably across startup and scaleup digital products.
  2. Product Design Evangelist: Be passionate about product design and its impact on business outcomes.
  3. Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Jira.
  4. Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  5. Effective Communicator: Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  6. Continuous Learner: Be committed to ongoing learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
