We are seeking an experienced Centre Director to join our team, which values partnerships with families to support each child's unique needs, ensuring a safe, supportive, and thriving environment for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the centre with a focus on compliance with legislation, fostering professional relationships with children, families, and sector partners.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staff rosters, supervision, and resource management, to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children and staff.
  • Advocate for community participation, with a particular focus on supporting priority groups and vulnerable families.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary up to $100,000 per annum, plus superannuation, along with discounted childcare fees and priority placement.

We also offer generous leave entitlements, paid meal breaks, and paid study leave.

Requirements
  • Qualified in Early Childhood Education with experience as a Centre Director.
  • Current WWCC or Working with Vulnerable People Card.
  • National Police Check.
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and NQ Standards.
