About the Role:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and drive talent acquisition efforts. This key position will be responsible for analysing and reporting on data to inform future recruitment strategies, coordinating with hiring managers and senior staff to identify resourcing needs, determining and advising on selection criteria, designing and advising on job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements, leading employer branding initiatives, organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events, forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs by department, and providing innovative, fit-for-purpose solutions to influence decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive talent acquisition efforts
