Job Title: People Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on contemporary people management issues to managers and staff across the employee lifecycle.

This role is a key part of our organization, requiring a high level of expertise in HR management and best practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on leading by example and modelling our values and behaviours.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing practical, timely advice and guidance to managers and staff on a range of contemporary people management issues
  • Maintaining knowledge and awareness of HR and payroll practices, systems and resources
  • Liaising and consulting with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Contribute to HR capability across the workforce through the design and delivery of work instructions and procedures
