Job Title: Senior People Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior People Specialist to support our business in Victoria and Queensland. This is a challenging role that requires strong knowledge of employment laws, commercial awareness, and the ability to balance compliance with business outcomes.

About the Role:
This is a true generalist position where you will be the go-to person for leaders and employees across our Victorian and Queensland business. You will provide light-touch support to our smaller offices in Singapore and Abu Dhabi, offering valuable international exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor on the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, policy and compliance, health and safety, recruitment, and culture and engagement.
  • Take ownership of cyclical people processes within your regions, including performance reviews and remuneration cycles.
  • BUILD solid experience in supporting leaders and employees through change.

Qualifications & Skills:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 7 – 10 years (or equivalent) experience in a similar P&C role, ideally within professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and their practical application.
  • Experience supporting work health and safety initiatives.
