Standards Australia is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Internal Communications and Employee Experience to play a critical part in enabling the organisation to deliver its strategy, achieve its goals, and manage change across the business for employees and key stakeholders.
This role will establish, lead, and manage an internal and corporate communications function to enhance the employee and internal stakeholder experience, align people to the organisation's vision and strategy, support leaders, and manage an effective mix of employee and stakeholder communication channels.
About the Role
- Establish and manage an effective mix of digital internal communication channels
- Develop, implement, and measure internal communication strategies and campaigns
- Communicate the SA strategy to internal stakeholders in engaging, informative, and compelling ways to drive successful implementation and performance
- Support the cultural transformation with communication that drives desired attitudes, behaviours, and performance
- Develop and deliver a robust crisis communications plan and framework
- Establish the right frameworks, policies, processes, and governance for an effective internal and corporate communications function
About You
- 10+ years of experience in communication or similar roles (min 5 years in internal or corporate communication roles)
- Communications degree or equivalent
- Understanding of digital employee experience and channel management
