Through the enhancement of the service portfolio, drive revenue growth for the organization in the operational expenditure and maintenance domain. Position the company as a preferred specialty provider for major maintenance and shutdown services across the relevant customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within major client organizations to position service offerings for sustained growth.
- Identify, maintain, and expand service agreements, focusing on critical areas such as Joint Integrity, on-site machining, sub-sea rentals, hot bolting, specialty shutdown services, and Integrated Logistics and Work Transfer.
- Develop and oversee quarterly and annual sales strategies for designated regions, ensuring accountability for forecasts by meeting or surpassing revenue and profitability objectives.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitive analysis and total available markets, to support the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives for regional services.
- Manage daily sales operations, from opportunity identification to contract management, utilizing enterprise tools and CRM systems.
- Prepare and oversee value-driven proposals, ensuring proactive follow-up and successful conversion into contracts.
- Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to guarantee the highest service standards are delivered through timely provision of quality equipment and skilled personnel.
- Encourage the implementation of continuous improvement programs within the responsible area.
- Act as a champion for safety and quality excellence by actively participating in safety initiatives and driving enhancements.
- Represent the organization professionally at all times, adhering to established processes and complying with all company policies and procedures.
Required Capabilities:
- Strong understanding of the operational dynamics within the oil and gas and industrial markets in Australia.
- Proven ability to cultivate a robust customer network across Australia, retaining existing clients while developing new business opportunities.
- Ability to accurately forecast and provide commercial insights in a customer-centric environment.
- Exemplary communication and presentation skills.
- Capacity to work effectively within a matrix organization.
- Exhibit a proactive, optimistic, and urgent approach, demonstrating ownership and commitment to achieving organizational goals.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities combined with a robust execution drive.
- Willingness to travel across the region as required.
- Proficient in using computer software and Microsoft Office for report generation, presentations, and data management.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, mechanical engineering, or business.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of pertinent industry experience.
