Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.

Requirements:
  • 1 year experience in a call centre or customer service role (preferable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Driver's license (preferred)
