Project Engineer Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead our projects at the highest level of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Project Manager to ensure timely project delivery while adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Liaising with all project stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration.
  • Resource and labour management to optimize project outcomes.
  • Planning and programming to meet project deadlines and objectives.
  • Managing sub-contractors to ensure high-quality work and timely completion.
  • Overseeing safety, quality, and environmental management to minimize risks and promote a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in Bulk Earthworks, Roads, or Dams.
  • A degree in Engineering or a similar field.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • The ability to produce accurate and informative reports, including progress and variation reports.
  • Compliance with OH&S policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint to manage data and communicate effectively.
  • A focus on maintaining a zero-harm environment and promoting workplace safety.
  • A valid driver's license and White Card required for site access.
