What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage civil construction projects ensuring adhering to quality, safety, budgets, and timelines.
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor project schedules and budgets, including details cost tracking and reporting.
  • Oversee project documentation including quality assurance and quality control, variation management, and progress claims.
  • Provide technical expertise, advise, and guidance on project execution, methodologies, and design interpretation.
  • Mentor and supervise engineering and site personnel, fostering technical competence and professional growth.
  • Coordinate and liaise effectively with internal stakeholders including project managers, construction managers, and site engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standard, and company operational policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven Experience as a Senior Project Engineer within civil construction, preferably within infrastructure, energy, or mining sectors.
  • Current Australian Driver's License.
  • Construction Industry White Card.
