Job Description

As a Concierge at the luxurious Hayman Great Barrier Reef, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

  • Lead the delivery of guest requests and enquiries to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and develop great working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and flexibility.
  • Fluency in English - extra language skills would be great, but not essential.
  • RSA certificate for Queensland.
  • Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
  • Advanced study or qualifications would be advantageous but not essential.
