We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate and deliver conferences annually.
This full-time contract role involves managing venue management, program development, speaker management, marketing, and conference materials.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating events, preparing communications material, and ensuring the smooth operation of conferences.
- Exceptional Event Coordination experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines
- Current working knowledge of the event industry
- Demonstrated high attention to detail
- Ability to prepare professional communications material
- Highly proficient in MS Office suite skills
