Senior Incident & Problem Coordinator – Enterprise Environment – Permanent
Technology People Australia is a prominent player in the energy and utilities sector, committed to addressing future challenges through strategic growth and innovation. We are currently in search of a seasoned Senior Incident & Problem Coordinator to enhance our operations in a dynamic environment.
This role offers a flexible hybrid work structure, requiring occasional on-site presence. The position comes with a competitive remuneration package.
As the Senior Incident & Problem Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the Incident and Problem Management frameworks, managing significant incidents, engaging with essential stakeholders, and formulating strategies to mitigate future disruptions while improving service delivery.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and executing Incident and Problem Management protocols, including the management of significant incidents.
- Leading Post Incident Reviews and crafting comprehensive reports aimed at fostering continuous improvement.
- Evaluating incident and problem patterns to pinpoint risks and implement service enhancement initiatives.
- Updating and maintaining policy and procedural documentation related to Incident and Problem Management.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to improve communication and ensure cohesive responses during incidents.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong technical expertise and experience, including but not limited to:
- A minimum of 5 years in Incident and Problem Management, with a robust understanding of ITIL V4 principles.
- Demonstrated experience in managing significant incidents and resolving problems within a complex IT landscape.
- Proficiency in utilizing the ServiceNow platform for effective incident and problem management.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on risk management and ongoing service enhancement.
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving advancements in incident and problem management, reducing service interruptions, and fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
