We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team at Divvy Cloud Corp. as a Senior Detection and Response Analyst. As a key member of our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) team, you will play a critical role in investigating and mitigating cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth investigations into security incidents, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to identify and contain threats.
- Collaborate with our Incident Response team to provide analysis and support during complex security incidents.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to inform detection and response efforts.
- Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective incident response and mitigation.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our detection and response capabilities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a cybersecurity-related position, with a focus on SOC and/or SIEM analysis.
- Deep understanding of core operating system concepts in Windows, Mac OS/Darwin, and Linux.
- Experience with hands-on analysis of forensic artifacts and/or malware samples.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical information.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
