We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Impairment Benefits Specialist to join our team. As an Impairment Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end impairment determination process for injured workers in accordance with legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of impairment benefit claims, including reviewing clinical information, arranging impairment assessments, and issuing decisions within legislative timeframes.
- Attend conciliation conferences and stay up-to-date with industry developments through internal and external training courses.
- Experience in the Workers Compensation Industry, specifically in Impairment Benefits or claims management related roles.
- Completion of AMA4 training is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Industry-specific qualifications such as VWA and TAC Industry Training Programs are desirable.
