Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team, driving quality recruitment for roles across our programs in Australia.

This is a 12-month, part-time (0.8 FTE preferred) contract opportunity that requires the expertise of an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with business partnering capability.

About the Role

As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will coordinate recruitment processes, act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Coach Hiring Managers through the recruitment process, ensuring they understand key objectives and challenges of their vacancies
  • Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to meet the specific needs and challenges of our division
  • Efficiently utilise our Applicant Tracking System, contributing to continuous improvement of this platform and other elements of our recruitment stack
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in internal talent acquisition, preferably in a dynamic, high-volume recruitment environment
  • Strong prioritisation, time management, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple active requisitions
  • Able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and provide trusted advice to senior leaders
  • Experience in carrying out talent acquisition reporting and analytics, using data to improve recruitment strategies
