Do you have a passion for all things "performance"?

Are you a qualified mechanic or have strong engine/diagnostic/tuning experience?

This is a rare opportunity to join a passionate team, in this Technical Customer Support role. Working with dealers and customers, you will support queries in relation to product, pricing, technical guidance, software applications and repairs. These queries are via email and phone - so excellent verbal and written communication capabilities are essential.

Along with tech customer support, you will be required to attend race meetings as needed, to support teams in the capturing of data to improve vehicle performance and troubleshoot installations. You will work with R & D for product testing and evaluation, and attend relevant industry trade shows.

Using your strong technical knowledge, you will prepare product documentation, training/product guides and information for internal and external stakeholders.

A salary based on experience will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
