Rental Growth Strategist

Overview:

The Rental Growth Strategist is a pivotal role in expanding our rental portfolio and rent roll. This position involves developing and implementing strategies to grow the rent roll in line with company targets, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and generating leads for new property management business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the rental portfolio.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow the rent roll.
  • Generate and follow up on leads for new property management business through various channels.
  • Maintain relationships with landlords, referral partners, and developers.
  • Conduct professional rental appraisals and prepare management agreements.
  • Maintain and grow the agency database of potential clients and key contacts.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Sydney's rental market.
  • Prior experience in business development within the Real Estate industry.
  • Proven success in a Leasing Business Development role.
  • A positive, outgoing attitude.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Knowledge of current legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Holds a current Agent's Representative Certificate.
