Job Opportunity

A leading childcare service in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs is seeking an experienced educational leader to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering contemporary educational practices, inspiring children and educators alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children from 6 weeks to five years old.
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional care and education.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the well-being and safety of children and staff.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education or a related field.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within childcare.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
  • Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing guidance and support when needed.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
