The Director Role

This is a permanent and full-time position with flexibility for working from home in between service times. You will start off with a 5-week induction program to set you up for success, with incredible support from a Mentor and Regional Manager.

As the Director, your key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with your school community
  • Enjoying autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver engaging experiences every day
  • Fostering genuine connections with children and their families
  • Managing and leading your team of passionate educators
  • Ensuring service compliance and managing medical documentation
  • Serving as a liaison between our organization and your school community

You thrive in a dynamic environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident interpersonal skills and a strong problem-solving attitude are essential for this role.

Becoming part of our team requires you to possess strong organizational and time management skills. As a leader, you must be able to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
