Job Title: Broker Growth ManagerAbout the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position focused on driving growth across the portfolio. The key responsibility is to partner with Authorised Representatives to profitably grow the business and meet sales targets.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop account management plans to analyse current trends and growth opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Establish good working relationships with Authorised Representatives for developing repeat business.
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively promote QBE's products & services to intermediaries.
  • Review existing portfolios and recommend strategies for increased growth.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a BDM/Account Manager.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Relationship Building skills.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to lead by influence with Brokers and Underwriters.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Product knowledge to engage intermediaries and fulfill growth opportunities.
