Leasing Property Manager/Business Development Executive

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- To achieve our company's rental portfolio growth, we are seeking a talented professional to lead leasing business development in Melbourne CBD area.
This position involves developing strategies to grow the rent roll in line with company targets, identifying and securing new business opportunities to expand the rental portfolio, generating and following up on leads for new property management business through various channels, monitoring market trends to assess market rental values and provide recommendations to clients, and building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, referral partners and developers.
About You:- You must be fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable.
- You should have strong knowledge of Melbourne's rental market, particularly around Melbourne CBD area.
- Prior experience in business development within the Real Estate industry is essential.
- Proven success in a Leasing Business Development role is necessary.
- You should possess a positive, outgoing and professional attitude.
- You must be a confident communicator with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
- You should have knowledge of current legislation and compliance requirements.
- You must hold a current Agent's Representative Certificate.
