Job Title: Resort Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide operational support to our global teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our offices in Australia and the wider Asia Pacific region.

This role is part-time (20 hours) with the option for a flexible working arrangement between your home and office after a qualifying period.

  • Manage office facilities, including liaising with landlords, utilities, and suppliers for rental and maintenance issues.
  • Oversee the ordering and management of general office supplies, including stationery, water, and canteen supplies.
  • Support the development and implementation of Business Continuity planning and Destination Crisis Management Planning at a country level.
  • Purchase corporate supplies, including uniforms, branded materials, and liaise with suppliers for local branded printing requirements.
  • Provide petty cash and expense support to our central and local Finance teams, including float management, expense, fuel cards, cab cards, and banking.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including office and system access.
  • Manage device inventory, including mobile devices, laptops, and iPads.
  • Work closely with Operations teams to plan familiarization and educational product itineraries for partners and suppliers.

About You:

  • Demonstrate exceptional administration, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Be computer literate and technically capable to work within a digital service environment.
  • Show a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks without losing focus.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, plus other languages would be advantageous.
  • Have travel industry knowledge or experience dealing with ambiguity in a global environment.
  • Show talent as a team player with the ability to work virtually.
  • Be efficient, organized, and able to solve problems, multitask, and listen effectively under pressure.
