About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven leader to oversee our Frame and Truss Manufacturing Plant.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily operations, including managing teams, implementing procedures, and engaging with the local community.

This role will contribute to the future growth of our national business by developing local strategies and business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Action customer feedback to improve the end-to-end customer experience
  • Manage financial performance while managing customer expectations
  • Raise awareness and correct unsafe situations
  • Develop and implement processes to streamline manufacturing efficiency

You will work closely with vendors, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders. Your leadership skills will be essential in helping to manage internal expectations and achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Frame & Truss, Construction or Manufacturing
  • Previous experience leading large teams
  • Focus on Health and Safety, Manufacturing Efficiency, and Team Development
