About the PositionThis is a dynamic corporate lawyer position that requires working on intricate legal matters within a supportive team environment.
Your Key Responsibilities- You will be responsible for collaborating across various corporate sectors, including contracting, IP, data privacy, commercial litigation and mergers and acquisitions.
- Engage with high-profile clients and significant transactions to provide exceptional service.
- BUILD DEEP CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS through direct contact and develop networks to foster business growth.
- Assist the team in handling diverse corporate matters from inception to completion.
- Participate in complex legal proceedings to ensure successful outcomes.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A recent law graduate or approximately 1 year of relevant legal experience.
- Strong technical skills and passion for demanding work environments.
- Commercial acumen with an understanding of business ecosystems.
- Excellent social skills and attitude to deliver outstanding client service.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Australian Citizenship or Residency for eligibility purposes.
