We are seeking a highly skilled corporate lawyer to fill this critical role.

Key Responsibilities

This position plays a pivotal part in advising clients on various corporate matters, including:

  • Shareholder agreements and company structuring;
  • The sale and acquisition of business assets and shares;
  • Capital raising transactions, such as private equity and venture capital investments;
  • Mid-market mergers and acquisitions;
  • Regulatory compliance and governance requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in corporate/commercial law;
  • Some exposure to government advisory or in-house public sector roles (preferred but not essential);
  • A strong understanding of the Corporations Act and relevant regulatory frameworks;
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex transactions from start to finish.
