We are an esteemed medical opinion provider with a national client base.

Our team of Medico-Legal Specialists form part of a leading group in physical and psychological injury management and medical assessment.

A Quality Assurance Manager will oversee our dedicated QA team, ensuring the production of high-quality medical reports through rigorous review and editing processes.

The role involves:

  • Managing a quality assurance team
  • Reviewing reports from doctors to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Liaising with doctors, case managers, and solicitors to produce reports and address queries
  • Distributing reports and providing customer service
  • Monitoring feedback and archiving files
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions

Key requirements include:

  • Experience interpreting or reviewing complex medical reports within an insurance context
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills and prior experience in people management
  • Familiarity with personal injury insurance schemes (desirable)

This role requires flexible working arrangements, including 2-3 days in our Sydney CBD office per week, with remote work options available on other days.
